N	Németh Attila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon sokat gondolkodtam (lényegében a szigetelési megoldások különbsége miatt) azon, hogy emelő-toló (más gyártó), vagy sima toló legyen az erkélyajtó. Az egyik legjobb döntés volt az építkezés során, hogy őket és a sima toló Roto vasalatot választottam. Sokkal egyszerűbb és kényelmesebb a nagy toló ajtók működtetése, és a szigetelés is tökéletes. A beépítéssel kifejezetten elégedett voltam, nagyon precíz, pontos munkát végeztek, nem kellett beleszólnom semmibe. Köszönöm. ;) I have been thinking a lot (basically because of the difference in insulation solutions) that the balcony door should be a sliding door (another manufacturer) or a smooth sliding door. One of the best decisions during the construction phase was that I chose them and the plain sliding Roto hardware. It is much easier and more convenient to operate large sliding doors and the insulation is perfect. I was very satisfied with the installation, they did a very precise, precise job, I didn't have to say anything. Thanks. ;)

Telefonon kerestük a tervezőt, mert néhány pontot szerettünk volna tisztázni. A telefont felvevő hölgy megígérte, hogy szól a tervezőnek, aki vissza fog hívni. Közben eltelt egy hét, és senki sem hívott vissza bennünket. Ekkor még türelmesek voltunk, ezért levelet írtam, e-mailben, a tervezőnek, amire semmi válasz nem érkezett. Semmi gond, gondoltam, és ezért egy másik e-mail címre írtam, mivel innen sem jött válasz, az ügyvezető e-mail címére írtam. Mivel erre sem kaptam választ, lemondtam róluk. Egy másik vállalkozás, nagy örömünkre, legyártotta, és beszerelte az ajtót. Néhány hét múlva, amikor már a kész ajtót használtuk, a Németh-fa Kft.-től telefonon kerestek bennünket, hogy aktuális-e a megrendelésünk. At that time, we were still patient, so I wrote a letter, to the designer, to which no response was received. No problem, I thought, and so I wrote to another email address, since there was no reply, I wrote to the executive email address. Since I didn't get an answer to this, I gave up on them. Another company, to our great pleasure, manufactured and installed the door. A few weeks later, when we were using the finished door, we contacted Németh-fa Kft. By phone to see if our order was current.
