★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maga az ügymenet általában gyors, és ha tudod, hogy mit akarsz, akkor zökkenésmentesen kiszolgálnak. De jaj neked, ha egy exhóhér ügyintézőhöz kerülsz, aki számonkér rajtad olyan kódokat, azonosítókat, számokat, amikről életedben nem hallottál. Nullás igazolást kértem, és megkérdezték, hogy én előtte hányas számú körzetbe tartoztam? Mondom parancsol? A válasz az volt, hogy mindegy, az 51-es körzetbe. Szóval a kiszolgálás néha inkább SS kihallgatásra hasonlít, de az is előfordulhat, hogy igazán kedves ügyintézőhöz kerül az ember.
The process itself is usually quick, and if you know what you want, they will serve you smoothly. But woe to you if you end up with an ex-clerk who is counting on you codes, identifiers, numbers you haven't heard in your life. I asked for a zero certificate and asked me how many districts I belonged to before? Say you command? The answer was that it didn't matter to District 51. So, service sometimes looks more like an SS interrogation, but you may also find yourself with a really nice clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma, július 9-én reggel szenvtelen arccal, nulla segítőkészséggel hajtott el bennünket egy "hölgy", mondván, a problémánk a TB-re tartozik. Ott egy kiemelkedően kedves ügyintéző (Tóth Ambrus, ezúton is szeretettel köszönjük) mindent elmondott, és visszaküldött a NAV-ba, mert a dolgunk mégiscsak odatartozik. A jószándék nem kerül pénzbe... ez a kolleganő nem ide való, egyertelműen.
Today, on the morning of July 9, an “lady” drove us with an impassive face, zero helpfulness, saying our problem is TB. There, a remarkably kind clerk (Ambrus Tóth, thank you very much again) said everything and sent him back to NAV, because our business still belongs there. Goodwill doesn't cost money ... this colleague isn't here, clearly.
