Nekem előírja az állam, hogy legyen online pénztárgépem, bankkártya elfogadó terminálom, online számlázó programon, anyám tyúkja, de Ő (az állam) arra nem képes, hogy lehetővé tegye, hogy lehessen bankkártyával fizetni a műszaki vizsga díját.
