S	Sára Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kétfős apartmanban aludtunk 3 éjszakát. Kértünk egy pótágyat, mert két felnőtt utazott együtt. A pótágy gyerek méretű volt, és szétcsúszott. Az első éjszaka után szóltam érte, de nem kaptam másikat. A nagyobb kanapéágy is szétcsúszott alvásnál. Mindhárom éjszaka a hangos zenét és a medencébe csobbanást kellett hallgatunk a szomszédból. A terasz és a fürdőszoba rendben volt. We slept in the two-person apartment for 3 nights. We asked for an extra bed because two adults were traveling together. The extra bed was kid-sized and slid apart. I spoke for him after the first night, but I didn’t get another one. The larger sofa bed also slid apart during sleep. All three nights we had to listen to loud music and a splash in the pool from next door. The terrace and bathroom were fine.

Kizárólag azért, mert az Ön megbízója korábban már foglalt kivételt tettünk, és érkezés előtti kérésére betettünk még egy ágyat, mely egy teljes értékű felnőtt méretű heverő volt. A hirdetésben is olvasható, hogy ez egy kanapés szoba. Pótágy nem jár hozzá. Nem igaz, hogy gyerek méretű volt az ágy. Ön szemrehányóan felrója, hogy jelzésére nem tettünk semmit. Ugye Ön sem gondolja komolyan, hogy új ágyat fogok vásárolni, egy nem pótágyazható szobába? A másik kanapé egy vadonatúj kanapé, nem csúszhatott szét. Sem a korábbi vendégek nem panaszkodtak erre, sem a hölgy aki Önnel érkezett. Tehát ezt sem fogadom el. Mivel nyár van és Siófokon vagyunk sajnos előfordul, hogy a szomszédból áthallatszanak más vendégek. A medence éjjel le van zárva, és 10 után csend volt, senki nem panaszkodott,tehát ez sem valós. Bízom benne, hogy akik az Ön értékelését és az arra adott válaszunkat olvassák el tudják dönteni, hogy mennyire valós – avagy inkább igazságtalan és rosszindulatú - az Ön által adott 2-es csillag! Just because we made an exception previously booked for your client and we added another bed at your pre-arrival request, which was a full-fledged adult-size couch. The ad also reads that this is a room with a sofa. Extra bed is not included. It is not true that the bed was kid-sized. You are reproachfully accusing us of not doing anything to signal it. Don't you seriously think I'm going to buy a new bed in a room that can't accommodate an extra bed? The other couch was a brand new couch, it couldn't slide apart. Neither previous guests have complained about this, nor the lady who came with you. So I don't accept that either. Since it is summer and we are in Siófok, unfortunately other guests can hear from the neighbor. The pool is closed at night and after 10 there was silence, no one complained, so that’s not real either.
