We went on time, we only had to wait a few minutes, the doctor-nurse team was calm and kind, my kitten wasn't ready for that either, in fact, she wore the whole procedure better than I expected. Thanks for that, team Neo-Vet!

Az egyetlen ügyeletesnek jelzett rendelő volt, akit neten találtunk, és fel is vette a telefont!
A megbeszélt időpontra meg is érkezett a doktor néni, és maradéktalanul ellátta a mi kis törött lábú kedvencünket.
Nagyon profi munkát végzett, telefonon konzultált is a csonttörés miatt egy kollegával.
Ami a legszembetűnőbb volt: imádja az állatokat, és ismeretlenül is megtesz értük mindent még akkor is, ha épp süti sütés közben rángatjuk be az ügyeletre!
He was just on duty when our puppy had an accident in the Bakony forest.
It was the only outpatient clinic we found online and picked up the phone!
Aunt the doctor arrived by the scheduled time and fully catered for our little broken legged favorite.
He did a very professional job and also consulted with a colleague over the phone about the fracture.
What was most striking: she loves animals and will do everything for them without a hitch, even if we just pull her into the emergency room while baking cookies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good place to go if you don't have appointment. We had one dog with ear infection and one needing yearly jabs. We walked in and we seen straight away. The spoke English and German and were pleasantly surprised with the bill. Nice Street to park on. And easy to find.
