They don’t really treat the person as a partner, nothing could be agreed upon. They feel too saddled in the current housing market, just so they don’t bounce back and be sucked by prospective residents.

A "referencia" (levendula) lakóparkkal pedig a helyükben nem dicsekednék, meg lehet nézni milyen munkát végeztek ott és hogy foglalkoznak a tulajdonosok jogos igényeivel. 9-10 hónapos csúszásban vannak és még nekiállnak feljebb, plusz kötbért se fizetnek.
Ridiculous conditions, already a minimum of half a year of slippage, they talk nicely to the buyer as long as he nods to them.
And with the "reference" (lavender) housing estate in place, I wouldn't be able to see what kind of work was done there and how the legitimate needs of the owners were being addressed. They are on a 9-10 month slip and are even getting up, paying no extra penalty.
