Once I received the mask it did not fit. And it was obvious that determining a fit was SIMPLE. All that was needed was to measure the distance from the top of the nose to the chin.
Beyond offering a small amount of advice, this shop keeper did not care to actually find a fit which would work during this important time of Covid.
Apparently he was too busy counting the money he made during Covid.
