Jó masszív darab, ahogyan az egy kanapétól el is várható, de majd az idő úgy is eldönti mennyire időtálló. Felülete keményebb, de ez szerintem csak jó. A zsákszövet strapabírónak tűnik. Az mondjuk tényleg előnyös lenne, ha a jövőben a tisztíthatóság miatt cipzáras párnákat küldenének, de mindezek ellenére azt mondom, így is nagyon jó ár/érték arányú vétel volt. A telefonos kommunikáció korrekt, bár gyakran előbb kellett telefonálnom, mielőtt a kolléga keresett volna, de kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak a teljes vásárlási folyamat során. A kiszállító srácok rendesek, udvariasak voltak, időben tájákoztattak a várható érkezésről. My Malvin couch arrived today. Live is more beautiful than the picture. It’s a good massive piece, as you’d expect from a couch, but then time will tell how durable it is. Its surface is harder, but I think it's just good. The sackcloth looks durable. Let's just say it would be really beneficial to send zipped pillows for cleanliness in the future, but I still say it was a very good value for money purchase. The telephone communication was correct, although I often had to call first before my colleague searched, but they were kind and helpful throughout the shopping process. The delivery guys were decent, polite, informed in time of their expected arrival.
