Kedden reggel vittem Gilra GP800 motoromat, előre egyeztetve, olajcserét illetve a gyanúm szerint elromlott váltó javítását kérve. Az egyetlen cetli nélkül motoromat átvevő fiatalember rögtön be is gurult a szervízbe, ám azóta, egy félmondatnyi hírt sem hallottam felőle, ma 10.30-ig, amikor érdeklődtem. Sajnos a kolléga, aki már nekifogott a javításnak, kiugrott pár percre, de hamaros visszahívás ígéretét kaptam. Most 16.03 van, de még nem csörrent meg a telefon. Ezek után, el vagyok keseredve, vajon milyen munkát végez a szerviz, hogyan kapom s mikor vissza a gépet, ha egy telefon hívás is magas elvárás? Mit csinálnak majd, és mennyiért? Most már csak kivárom, kíváncsiságból is, hogy mikor jelentkeznek.... Dear Motorcyclists! Biztosítási ügyintézéssel együtt javításra vittem oda Piaggio MP3 motoromat, mert ez egy márkakereskedés és márkaszerviz. A motort saját lábán vittem oda, az elején sérültek a műanyag idomok. Egy teljes éve van ott a motorom és még mindig nincs kész. Amikor érdeklődtem, akár telefonon, akár személyesen, mindig találtak valami kifogást. Volt amikor csak annyit mondtak, hogy elfelejtették, hogy náluk van a motorom. Most egy év után bementem a műhelybe, és ez a látvány fogadott, ami a képen látszik. Semmit nem csináltak, és még ők voltak felháborodva, hogy nemtetszésemnek hangot adtam. Mindenki kerülje el őket!!!!! Everyone avoid this mess! What they dare to do with customers is unbearable. Nincs egy normális szerelő ebben az országban?? ++?????
