It has a detrimental effect on health, there are outstandingly good teachers who have not burned out over the years and teach well, but the opposite is unfortunately also happening. I don't recommend it for the shortage of teachers. (The fence is rotting)

I went to a language preparation class. I used to hate English, but my class teacher’s passion for teaching completely changed it. I ended up with a distinguished advanced English high school diploma. Most of our department went to higher education to the best technical universities in the country. The basics I learned there meant a lot to me. I am now in Helsinki for the last half of my engineering training. I happily think back to the years I spent there, without Neumann I wouldn’t have succeeded.

I went to Neumann from 2011-2016, in a language preparation class, and initially moved into the weaker English group, but as I progressed I got the chance to move on to the right group after two years. With the knowledge I gained here, I passed the C1 professional language exam in the last year, as well as the advanced info graduation with good results. I was completely satisfied with the teachers, they wanted our good so that we could improve and they were given the opportunity to do so. Initially, I went to the Faculty of Physics and to the Faculty of Mathematics for two years, which provided the necessary basis for me to complete the BME VIK Engineering BSc without slipping. Of course, there were problems that fell outside the competence of the teachers, but they were fully prepared for further professional learning.

I attended a language preparation class, spent five years in school, I have a lot of positive memories, including starting from scratch and speaking English fluently ever since. Almost all of my former teachers were helpful and supportive, they approached me with understanding not only in school but also in family matters, if I might feel I had to speak for some reason. (This happened most in the last year.) I’ve been grateful to them ever since. Whoever smokes them, think that they are also humans. If the student speaks to them with respect and kindness, they will treat him the same. It’s fashionable to hurt the teacher for everything, but it’s not cool at all. Smoking in the school building was a problem even then, I personally don’t understand why children aged 15-18 can’t stand it until the end of school time. I endured it too. :) However, the condition of the building was not impeccable even then, but it is not possible to blame the teaching staff, unfortunately it is not up to them. In summary, most teachers are outstanding if one is really interested in IT, I would recommend it. I didn’t care, I only came here because I lived two blocks from school, yet I stuck with something that is still useful in my work to this day.

I went to the NYEK class in Neumann between 2006 and 2011, when it was still called Vocational High School. My experience may be partly outdated because the teaching staff has changed significantly and the operation of the school has changed significantly since it was taken over by the BMSZC. In 2011, it was not yet possible to feel the NER's policy of devastating education, it was a good, high-quality vocational high school in the profession as far as I know and hear - unfortunately it is only a shadow of its old self. The teachers weren't bad at all, I owe a lot to them. The computer classes of Gábor Czigléczky, the Hungarian classes of teacher Záhonyi and the physical education classes of Sándor Orbán were unforgettable. We were the first class of our class teacher, Péter Kaufmann, thanks to him for being in an English-speaking work environment on a daily basis and having gone to America several times after school to work and train. Due to the many positive opinions, it is worth breaking into the negative experiences, my worst teacher is Gabriella G. (Sz.) my inspector from Gödöllő until 4 in the afternoon. He also confirmed this to my mom, who also shouted. As far as I know, he has done this with someone else since then, with more serious consequences. I understand that I wasn’t in pattern behavior either, but they would be fired if I behaved like that with my subordinates! The worst teacher of my life! I still hear a lot of complaints about the math teacher Erzsébet N. (even from my former private teacher), mainly because of the cumbersome system of requirements and rigor, but unfortunately I can't confirm the need for such difficult math classes. The fact that there may be more of a bad professional teacher now is probably due to salaries, as the salary of a teacher who has been in the profession for 20 years is br. 335 thousand forints (Pedagogue II, 2022), the salary of the novice software developer br. 600,000 and therefore enough to work 8 hours without annoying, vocal students, even in a home office from home. And there's even a bonus, and maybe a MacBook Pro. So he stays in such places for so much pay who is unfit humanly or professionally for a job in the market, or is it his profession and sticks to it. All due respect to the latter! These are systemic problems that are likely to be present in other public institutions as well. A clear negative is the building itself, with a style reminiscent of the early to mid-80s, with student-impervious upper floors, unpretentious furnishings, a rotting window frame, lamella radiators that hadn’t been washed for 20 years, a rotten fence. The thermal insulation is quite poor, it was not a pleasant experience to wait in the morning next to the glasses in the atrium, because we were not allowed in first to protect the laptop and the screen in the closet in the room. Sitting by the window is not always a pleasant experience because of these. There were still a lot of problems with the sinks, they were smoky, dirty, but at least they were lockable. The situation was better at the upper levels. There was smoking in the washrooms even then, with a few thousand forints, good sound smoke detectors could have solved the problem, as could smoking for those over 18 years of age. They tried to keep the fleet fresh then, I don't know what's going on today. The quality of the canteen was also, um, varied. Overall, my memories are positive, though they are probably outdated.

We are happy if the school building does not fall on us, we are unable to solve the issue of smoking with compromises, therefore they are banned in every way, as a result of which everyone goes to the washrooms and changing rooms, which neither the students nor the teachers like. I would rather not attach anything to the school management.
