★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can somebody please explain why the pedestrians have to go almost on the tram way, in order to pass by on the sidewalk? The sidewalk should be free for the pedestrians, very annoying, and just not right. Please rearrange the chairs and tables. Thank you. ?
