Miközben ő a kabátokat pakolgatta, megkérdeztem tőle tudna-e esetleg keresni egyet a méretemben...mire durcás arccal kezembe nyomott egyet, anélkül, hogy bármit mondott volna... Majd a kasszánál egy szót sem szólt hozzám, még elköszönni is "elfelejtett" a hölgyemény.... Szerintem az ilyen viselkedés a kereskedelemben elfogadhatatlan. Az egész napomat elrontotta ez az incidens és biztos, hogy nem szivesen látogatom meg a soproni New Yorkert ezek után... The last time I bought a jacket, unfortunately, I was dealing with a very unfriendly seller. While he was packing his coats, I asked him if he could possibly find one in my size ... before he pressed one into my hand with a grumpy face without saying anything ... Then he didn't say a word to me at the checkout, he even "forgot" to say goodbye. the lady .... I think this kind of behavior is unacceptable in commerce. My whole day was ruined by this incident and I'm sure I wouldn't like to visit the New Yorker in Sopron after that ...

Előttünk 1 perccel fizettek amikor már mi szerettünk volna akkor már nem lehetett. Le kell menni a földszintre. És mindezt megengedhetetlen hangnemben közlik. És amikor megkérdeztem a miértjét hisz előttünk fizettek válaszra sem méltattak. Keresni fogok egy vezető beosztású személyt aki természetesen nem a soproni üzlet tagja és ezt jelenteni fogom mert ez megengedhetetlen. Kb. összesen fél órát töltöttünk el az üzlet férfi osztályán, de egyetlen eladóval sem találkoztunk! végül kiválasztottam egy terméket, amikor fizetni akartam, szembesültem, hogy az emeleti két pénztár közül egyik sem "üzemel", egy tábla irányított a földszinti pénztárba (az emeleti bejáratnál parkoltam!) irányított. Itt találkoztam egy eladóval, aki szó nélkül számlázott. Se gy köszönöm, se egy érdeklődés, hogy más valamit kérek-e, se egy elnézést, hogy az emeleti pénztár nem üzemel ... Az ügyfél-kiszolgálás elégtelen. A választék éppen hogy elégséges, a 3 csillag inkább egy kis biztatás ...
