Fél órát töltöttünk itt és díjmentes volt. Nem sűrűn tapasztalok ilyen szintű ügyfélközpontúságot. Mostantól őket keresem barmilyen Apple-lös kérdésben. Due to a network problem, we visited the service where not only was it resolved, but all our questions were readily answered. We spent half an hour here and it was free. I don’t often experience this level of customer focus. I am now looking for them on any Apple issue.

Minden lehetséges opciót részletesen elmagyarázott, és javaslatot is tett. Volt időm megvárni az eredményt, addig pedig sokat mesélt a gépről, mire kell odafigyelni, későbbiekben milyen probléma szokott lenni, ha eladnám mit érdemes cserélni, vagy mire számítsak. Kiemelkedn ár érték arányban dolgoznak, és mindemellett annyi információt adnak, amiért sok helyen pluszban fizetni kellene. Tényleg az a céljuk, hogy jól használható géped legyen és legközelebb is oda menj, ha esetleg gond lenne. Én biztosan így fogok tenni, csak Hozzájuk megyek ? A gépem napi szintű munkavégzéshez elengedhetetlen, így egy pánikrohannal ér fel, amikor valami elromlik ? Fontos, hogy rövid idő alatt és megbízhatóan történjen a javítás. Eddig minden problémámat néhány óra alatt tudták orvosolni. Más szervízekben azonnal cserét javasolnak a legtöbb alkatrészre, itt viszont alapos átvizsgálás után javítják, ami menthető. Ami az ügyfélkezelést illeti, eddig máshol csak tömeges, kapkodós, “futószalagszerű” kiszolgálást tapasztaltam, itt viszont tényleg az a fontos, hogy elégedetten távozz. Páratlan türelemmel válaszoltak az összes felmerülő kérdésemre, extra tippeket is kaptam arra, hogyan növelhetem a gépem élettartamát. Ráadás az üzletben tapasztalható derűs hozzáállás, ami még a stresszes helyzetekben megnyugtató. ? Nehéz Budapesten a Next szervíznél jobb helyet találni arra, hogy az összes apple eszközödet megbízható és szakértő kezekben tudhasd bármi probléma esetén. ???⌚️? ?
