Bios problem with my machine first and then hardware failure, so I thought it was a big problem. But they managed to get things done in no time and they didn't even make money. The staff there was very fair! Thanks again!

I get 2 stars from this shop / service because I gave my pc exactly one week ago for warranty repair and still haven't received it. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to urge them to hurry with the machine because I needed to, and they only had to do a REINSTALLATION, which they said failed in 1 week.

Dear Csaba, this is a very interesting story, it has nothing to do with reality. He brought in two laptops. An HDD installation was requested in one, which was completed that day. The other had an HDMI connector replacement that would have been done by one of our partner companies. Everyone brings the motherboard repair tasks to this company, as there is nothing else within 200 kilometers, but they are basically provided at a professional level. Nowhere could they be equipped with an HDMI connector that they should have. After trying everything, we indicated that we could not solve the problem through no fault of our own. Or we would have indicated if you had picked up the phone. Then, just on a day when we had already called twice, he called us and told us what was going on. I don't know which part of it was phlegm. You didn't take the machines either, he asked us to be taken by someone else, we didn't stand in the way of that either. Furthermore, the problem with wifi is that it was not reported to us before or after, so we didn't even deal with it. And since this connector is completely different from the HDMI problem mentioned, no one even touched it or looked at it. Obviously we provide poor service, so they come to us outside the locals, from Érd, Biatorbágy, Zsámbék, Tárnok, Halásztelek, Gazdagrét, Szigetszentmiklós, or say Kecskemét. And that’s why we have been supplying dozens of companies seamlessly for years.

They sat on my plane for 1 month, they also made an offer, and then 1 month later on my call (they didn’t look) they said yeah, they still couldn’t do it anyway. I brought it home and the WIFI that was working until then was totally weak, about 20cm if it worked. I took it to real professionals who said that inside the machine was pretty much messed up, WIFI antennas were also put back together. All of this was accomplished with horrible phlegmatic, outrageous behavior. Whoever can, avoid them far !!!

They are infinitely decent. I was looking for a screw for an M2 SSD so I could put it on the motherboard. After a little research I got one, which was just good :) Thanks for the help!

For ordered parts, instead of the promised 5-6 weeks, after 2 months of waiting, the supplier has been told to order it and this usually happens anyway. They did not check and did not seek for themselves. They didn’t even think to apologize, instead they suggested they didn’t know what the price was and didn’t know when but would be happy to re-order. LOL:
