★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to these guys by accident multiple times now. Always very friendly and professional service. They fixed my leather bag, later on my shoe, always in high quality and OK prices. Can only recommend them.
Also, large stock of shoe care and accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge disappointment. I was there many months ago, maybe spring time. I paid a large amount and received mediocre shoe service. As I paid over 200 € the man who took the shoes promised to give me complimentary shoe accessories on pick up which never happened either. They called me few days before promised pick up that the reparation will take longer as their shoe maker became sick. I had no problem with that but apparently someone took over who was really bad at his job. Two pair of my high hills lost the tip after just one time use. They said there's guarantee and I could bring them back but honestly I didn't trust them anymore. Never again. Oh and no I am not stupid, I wasn't at the wrong place. This isn't how you should handle complaints, especially not when you're wrong and I am the one who ended up paying for a bad service.

After waiting 2 weeks I called them a couple of times to ask if my shoes were fixed. They promised they'd call me back, then they never did.
So I went to the shop, they didn't find my shoes, and didn't seem to even care about that. Then I noticed it on the shelf behind the cashier, told her that's mine. She checked it, it was labeled with another person's name!
I had to argue with her in order to prove that it was mine. She gave it to me, but I still haven't found my other shoes. After arguing and begging them to do something another woman came out with 2 bags from the back warehouse. I found the other pair of shoes inside.
I'd already paid in advance, but when I wanted to leave the shop, they accused me of not paying for the fixing. They didn't give me a bill, and there was no chance to pay by card!
Terrible experience, and as I see, I'm not the only one.
