Nike Factory Store - unit 52

Zsúfoltság, a cipők elrendezésében semmi szisztéma, egy modellt megtalálni is kihívás, a méretről már nem is beszélve... Nekem ez negatív...

Összességében elmondható hogy jó áron vannak a termékek, viszont mostanában a kínálathoz képest és ahhoz hogy ez egy outlet elvileg, eléggé elszállt az ár. Nagyon nehéz kifogni az akciókat, vagy azt hogy normális minőségű cipőt tudj venni megfelelő ár érték aránnyal. Arról nem is beszélve hogy egyébként a cipők össze-vissza vannak letéve, nem túl sok szisztéma van abban hogyan tudod megtalálni A cipőket. Rengetegen vannak, az egész bolt sajnos nagyon zsúfolt. Sokadik próbálkozás után sem sikerült találni cipőt, lassan ott tart az ember hogy már mindegy hogyha a Nike eredeti oldalról veszi meg.

Igazából jó is lett volna, ha sikerült volna számlát kiállítani, ahogy kértük és utána még nem az eladó hölgynek állna feljebb a dolog. Eddig ez volt a kedvenc helyünk, de ezután nem valószínű hogy visszajövünk, a kiábrándító stílus miatt.

Every product is layed out imprudently, like in a used clothing store. Not many grear shoes. Prices are relatively cheap

I bought a pair of shoes and a few hours later I wanted to return them as I found the same style from a different brand, waaay cheaper (£40 less than what I bought from nike). Never thought it would have been a problem as it was the same day and I had the receipt to find out that they actually don’t accept any returns. I wouldn’t have any issues if this would have been at least communicated properly as I spent a good amount of money there. They had two A4 displays saying this in hungarian but I’d be surprised if all your customers are locals and no foreigners. I was never told in any other outlet that I can’t return the items I bought. And the thing that annoyed me the most is that I had to wait 30 minutes for 3 different people to come and speak between each other, not telling me a thing until later on. This could have been handled so much more efficient with no wasted time.
