★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyintéző bizonyíthatóan kedvezmézményt ígért, amelyet az autó kifizetésekor letegadott. Ez megegedhetetlen, inkorrekt kereskedői magatartás. A jövőben sem autó vásárláskor, sem szervízelésnél nem preferáljuk ezt a céget emiatt, egyik autónkal sem. Teljes csalódás volt, mind az ügyintézés és az autó átvétele is. Az ügyfélszolgálat a szokásos demagóg választ adta, még csak azt sem mondta senki hogy elnézést. Ennél a cégnél is csak addig fontos az ügyfél, amíg vásárol. Nem ajánlott, elkerülendő!
Update: 2020. 10.07. A cégcsoporttól kapott válsz szerint az ügyintéző nem (tett) tehetett ilyen ajánlatot. Ez esetben a bemutatott bizonyíítékok ellenére az ügyfél és annak teljes családja hazudik! Köszönjük! Levelemben egyértelműen le volt írva, mekly szerint semmilyen kárpótlást, kedvezményt, vagy kompenzációt nem kérünk, pusztán felhívjuk a figyelmet a jövőbeni körültekintőbb, megfontoltabb ügyintézésre. Extrán NEM AJÁNLOTT A CÉGCSOPORT!

In this case, despite the evidence presented, the client and his entire family are lying! Thank You! It was clearly described in my letter that we are not asking for any compensation, discount or compensation, we are merely drawing attention to the more prudent, considered administration in the future.
