★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha a kocsit nem akarja valaki használni hónapokig akkor itt a helye az autójának!!2019.12.13.óta alkatrészre várunk azóta sincs még az autó készen.Ha mi nem hívjuk őket semmit nem reagálnának de akkor is csak hitegetnek hazudoznak.Az autónkat 1 hónapja nem láttuk még ott van náluk.Sajnos már ügyvédhez kellett fordulnunk tehetetlenségünkbe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos többszöri telefonos megkeresés után is csak hitegettek hogy visszahivnak autóvásárlási igenyemmel kapcsolatban. Nos biztos jól megy nekik ha nem kell új ügyfél... Mindenesetre sikerült autót vásárolni egy másik szimpatikus nissan kereskedésben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Nissan szervízbe vittem az autómat mert nem működött a klima. Rövid időn belül meg is lett a hibás alkatrész (a szerelőkre nem is tudnék rosszat mondani) és kértem, hogy rendeljenek hozzá újat.
Fél éven keresztül kb havonta hivtam őket és érdeklődtem az alkatrész irant mert nyár volt és szerettem volna használni a klímát, de mindig azt a választ kaptam, hogy utána neznek és majd hivni fognak.
Mondanom sem kell, hogy EGYSZER SEM hivtak vissza! Kicsit dühitő... A hibás alkatrészt végül máshol cseréltettem ki.
Pont azért vittem szakszervízbe, hogy minden siman menjen.
I took my car to a Nissan workshop because the air conditioning didn’t work. Within a short time, the defective part also became available (I couldn't say bad things to the mechanics) and I asked them to assign a new one.
For half a year, I called them about a month ago and inquired about the parts because it was summer and I wanted to use the climate, but I always got the answer that they would look after it and then call it.
Needless to say, they were NEVER called back ONCE! A little outrageous ... I ended up replacing the faulty part elsewhere.
I took him to a specialist garage just so everything went smoothly.
