T	Tóth Péter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 méter kerítés építéséhez korrekt minőségű anyagot kaptam. Utánrendelés után a teraszhoz viszont nem sikerült már ugyanazt a minőséget legyártani. Nem árnyalat hiba, hanem konkrétan a festék hiányzik a sarkokról. Korábban ilyen hiba nem volt tapasztalható, ezért felháborító, hogy ÁSZF-re hivatkozva ezt ők rendben lévőnek találták, és le is pattintottak azzal, hogy most ezt dobta a gép. Ügyfélszolgálat pedig tényleg lekezelő, ahogy mások is említik. I got the right quality material to build a 20 meter fence. After re-ordering, however, it was no longer possible to produce the same quality for the terrace. It’s not a shade flaw, but specifically the paint is missing from the corners. There was no such error before, so it is outrageous that they found it okay, referring to the GTC, and they snapped it up now that it was thrown by the machine. And customer service is really condescending, as others mention.

A reklamáción nem túl udvariasan azt mondták ez csavar hiba, így nem tudnak felelőséget vállalni. Majd kijöttek, új csavarok, új lyukak. 2021 nyarán másik elemek lazultak ki. Újból kijöttek, új csavarok, új lyukak. Kértem hogy a takaró lemezeket cseréljék le, ebből 2 db történt meg. Most ott vannak a lyukak, és várják a vizet. Szóval az addig fent levő fém összekötő nem hiszem hogy lyukasan kibírja ezt a garanciális időt. Ilyen múltú cégtől precízebb megoldásra számítottunk. Most be kell hogy tömítsük valamivel a szétfúrt részeket. Az esztétikáról nem beszélünk. Mindez 1,2 millió. Now we need to seal the drilled parts a bit. We are not talking about aesthetics. That's 1.2 million.
