Nopeus - Nopeus

In 2015, I bought a Nopeus city bike. Even during the warranty period, there were a lot of problems with it: the center hub had to be replaced with a different system, the rear wheel because the spokes had popped regularly, the fender attachment, which is a junk thin plate that had to be folded over the fender and there were other problems also, with which I did not want to run to Csepel. The above parts were replaced or mailed without a word during the warranty period, because they also realized that there was nothing to argue about, only the permanent failure was annoying. A year ago, the attachment of the trunk to the frame broke out of the frame. At the time of purchase, the frame was guaranteed forever. I informed the company, who replied that "it was not the fracture of the bicycle frame that occurred, but the visible damage to the contact between the boot and the frame attached to the frame." So in their view, something that is welded to the frame does not belong to the frame. They even added that "the load resulting from improper use, as well as other loads that placed a heavier weight on the frame than allowed." All of this was written in connection with a trunk that was otherwise a reinforced tour trunk and I didn’t carry a fuel on it but got a normal load (I go to work with it). Tie a knot for this! Yeah, one more thing: the Shimano transmission is flawless on it.
