Ma pl. receptet beszéltünk meg 2 személyre:
125 gr Low carb -80% tészta tetszés szerint és 175 gr gombás bolognai.
Tészta kifőzve, a szósszal összekeverve, belekeverve 2 fej friss gomba szeletelve, friss oreganó és bazsalikom hozzá, néhány mini friss mozarella golyócska közéje, pici chili paprika frissen karikázva, 2 szem kockára vágott koktélparadicsom, só és bors, a tetejére 2 húzás trappistasajt reszelőn majd sütőben összesüt 30 percig.
Az eredmény valami felséges!

I pl. we discussed a recipe for 2 people:
125 gr Low carb -80% pasta of your choice and 175 gr mushroom bolognese.
Pasta cooked, mixed with sauce, mixed with 2 heads of fresh mushrooms sliced, fresh oregano and basil, some mini fresh mozzarella balls in between, tiny chili peppers freshly circled, 2 eyes diced cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper, top with 2 pulls trapp bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
The result is something sublime!
