A honlapon található hibabejelentőt kitöltöttem, hamarosan érkezett rá egy email megkeresés a cégtől, miszerint várnak engem, továbbá linkelték térképen a címet, illetve egy kis képes tájékoztatót is kaptam. Ez a reakció, és a megfelelő mennyiségű információ már mosolyt csalt az arcomra, de ezt csak tovább tetézte a személyesen tapasztalt hozzáállás. A megbeszélt időben bevittem a készüléket, már vártak, kb 15 perc alatt megjavították. Igazán profi csapat, le a kalappal!
My ADAX NEO is broken. This reaction, and the right amount of information, has already put a smile on my face, but it has only been compounded by the attitude I have personally experienced. I brought in the device at the agreed time, they were already waiting, it was repaired in about 15 minutes. Really professional team, down with the hat!

Mindezt úgy, hogy nem azt érzed, hogy probléma vagy, hanem tényleg azon vannak, hogy segítsenek megoldást találni a felmerülő problémára, kérdésre, kérésre, mindezt udvariasan, kedvesen és nagyon gyorsan! A termékek pedig szuperek. Csak ajánlani tudom őket!
