★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Körülbelül 1 órát voltunk ott, az albérleti szerződéshez csináltunk egy közjegyzői okiratot. Ez 60 ezer Ft-ba került, plusz legalább egy példányt ki is kell kérni (oldalanként 1.850 Ft-ba kerül, és olyan 5 oldal az egész).
We were there for about 1 hour, doing a notarial deed for the sublease. This cost 60 thousand HUF, plus at least one copy must be requested (it costs 1,850 HUF per page, and there are about 5 pages in total).

They were roughly pulled down. What another notary did for 45,000 HUF, Dr. Szuti Szilvia's for 166,000 HUF. I don't recommend it to anyone.
