Édesanyámat tegnap éjszaka elvitte a mentő. Mivel ma több órás telefonálás után sem sikerült elérnünk senkit és kiderítenünk, hogy mi történt vele pontosan, hol van, ki a kezelőorvosa ezért a mai napon felhívtam a rendelőt és segítséget szerettem volna kérni a háziorvosától. Az asszisztensnőnek aki felvette bemutatkoztam és (ő nem mutatkozott be) elmondtam , hogy annyit tudunk anyukámnak szívinfarktusa volt és azonnal meg is műtötték. Mindezt végighallgatta majd közölte velem , hogy a háziorvosa sem fog tudni semmit mondani. Mind ezt flegmán, lerázós stílusban. Miután ezen felháborodtam és figyelmeztettem, hogy ez nem így van, mivel az orvos nyilván belelát az egészségügyi rendszerbe (velem szemben ) valamilyen információt tudhat esetleg. Az asszisztensnő letegezve közölte velem , hogy nem tetszik neki a modorom és nem fog velem szóba állni. Mivel felhívtam a figyelmét, hogy márpedig tájékoztatási kötelezettség is van nehezen de sikerült elérnem hogy információkhoz jussak édesanyámat illetően. Tisztelt asszisztensnő! Remélem, hogy személyesen is lesz lehetőségem megköszönni önnek azt a mérhetetlen empátiát, emberséget, segítőkészséget amit tanúsított.
