B	Beatrix Bódi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021. Január 2-án, szombaton sajnos erre, az ügyeletet teljesítő kórházra esett a választásunk, hogy a törzskönyves, 22 hónapos argentin dogunkon segítsenek. Ellátást kaptunk, 4 injekció, infúzió... Igazából azonban mintha nem is érdekelte volna az orvosokat, hogy mi baja a kutyánknak. Az egyetlen dolog, ami valójában fontos volt, hogy van-e nálunk elég pénz!? Annak ellenére, hogy kértünk több vizsgálatot is, meg sem csinálták azokat. A kutyánk, aki szinte egyik napról a másik napra lett nagyon rosszul, a 4 injekció ellenére is ugyanolyan, ha nem rosszabb állapotban jött onnan ki. A vérkép, amin egyébként számomra ijesztő eredmények voltak, a doktornő szerint "jó". Hazaküldtek minket, mondván, hogy "ha gondoljuk, akkor esetleg menjünk vissza majd másnap". Sajnos másnap már nem volt lehetőségünk visszamenni, mert hajnal 2 után kicsivel Argosz a kezeink között meghalt. Felhívtam a kórházat, mert mindenképp beszélni szerettem volna a doktornővel, aki "kezelte" Argoszt. Megkérdeztem tőle, hogy miért tartotta a vérképet jónak, amikor az nem tűnt annak. Miért nem mondta azt, hogy vigyük máshova a kutyát, ha ő nem tudja megmenteni. A doktornő flegmán közölte velem, hogy boncoltassam fel a kutyát, ha tudni akarom miben halt meg. Mondtam neki, hogy nem szeretnénk ilyen eljárásnak kitenni őt, mert nekünk Argosz családtag volt. Erre a doktornő megjegyezte, idézem: "Már úgysem fáj neki!" Úgy érzem aznap mi hibáztunk. A hibánk az volt, hogy a Nyiregyházi Állatkórházat választottuk. Talán, ha másik állatkórházba visszük Argoszt, akkor a mai napon is itt lehetne velünk, de nincs itt, mert fél évvel ezelőtt meghalt. On Saturday, January 2, 2021, unfortunately, we chose this hospital on duty to help our pedigree, 22-month-old Argentine dog. We got care, 4 injections, infusions ... But really, it seemed like the doctors didn't care what was wrong with our dog. The only thing that really mattered was whether we had enough money !? Although we asked for several tests, they were not done. Our dog, who became very ill almost overnight, despite the 4 injections, came out of the same, if not worse, condition. The blood count, which had scary results for me anyway, was "good" according to the doctor. They sent us home, saying, "if we think we might go back the next day." Unfortunately the next day we didn't have a chance to go back, because shortly after 2 in the morning Argos died in our hands. I called the hospital because I definitely wanted to talk to the doctor who "treated" Arggos. I asked him why he thought the blood count was good when it didn’t seem like it. Why didn’t he tell us to take the dog elsewhere if he couldn’t save it. The doctor told me phlegmatically to dissect the dog if I wanted to know what he had died of. I told him we didn’t want to expose him to such a procedure because we had an Argos family member. To this, the doctor remarked, quoting, "It doesn't hurt her anymore!" I feel like we made a mistake that day. Our mistake was to choose the Nyiregyháza Animal Hospital. Maybe if we take Arggos to another animal hospital, he could still be here with us today, but he’s not here because he died half a year ago.

Megèrkeztünk,a vàrò tele(ajtòn a tàbla,max 3 fő egyszerre a vírus miatt) Kint vàrom a soromat,hiszen csak egy hölgy vàrt előttem a recepciònàl,màr mögöttem is àllnak ketten,erre egy parasztfiùcska hòna alatt a kutyàval bemegy előttünk. Itt volt vège a dalnak. Elmentem egy màsik helyre. Ide soha többet. Biztosan jòk az orvosok,de a szervezès csapnivalò. It was a huge disappointment. We called him directly on the phone, they said half a hour. We have arrived, the castle is full (at the door is the board, max 3 people at a time due to the virus) I'm waiting in line outside, as only one lady was waiting in front of me at the reception, and there are two people behind me, and she goes in front of us with the dog under a peasant boy. This was the end of the song. I went to another place. Never come here again. The doctors are sure to be good, but the organization is crazy.

A recepciósnak arra volt esze, hogy flegmán kioktasson "ha ügyelet van doktor is" csak arra nem, hogy egy macskát nem kínzunk egy órát a szállítóban, el is jöttem dolgavégezetlenül. Soha többé!!!! not an animal hospital but a synthesis farm. I told him on the phone that I was just going to see the cat, there was no one in front of me. The receptionist had the wits of teaching a phlegm “if there’s a doctor on duty” just not to torture a cat for an hour in the carrier, I even came unfinished. Never!!!!
A	Andrea Rácz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Október 6.-án este fél 10-kor vittük be az ügyeletre a szinte már élet-halál között lévő kiskutyámat, akit ultrahangos vizsgálat után másnap reggel műtöttek meg. A műtétet követően többször is hívtak, és tájékoztattak a kutyus állapotáról. Egy nappal később mehettünk érte, és hozhattuk haza. Akkor még nagyon gyenge volt, látszott, hogy nagy fájdalmai vannak, hiszen be volt gyulladva a gyomra, és azt vágták fel, viszont újra visszatért bele az élet. Pár napig vissza kellett hordanunk infúziós kezelésekre, ahol minden doktor és doktornő rendkívül aranyosan viselkedett velünk. A kezeléseknek már vége, és hála a Nyíregyházi Állatkórháznak, Dió már nagyszerűen van, a hasán lévő heget leszámítva, mintha meg sem történt volna az egész. Örülök, hogy a negatív vélemények ellenére is ezt a kórházat választottuk, mert ezek a csodálatos emberek mentették meg a kiskutyámat. Igaz, hogy nem volt túl olcsó, de a profizmusuk, és a kedvességük teljesen megéri ezt a pénz. On the evening of October 6, at 10:30 a.m., we brought my puppy, who was almost live and dying, to the emergency room and was operated on the next morning after an ultrasound examination. They were called several times after the operation and informed about the puppy’s condition. A day later we could go for it and bring it home. He was still very weak at the time, he seemed to be in great pain as he had inflamed his stomach and it was cut up, but life returned to him again. We had to go back to infusion treatments for a few days, where every doctor and doctor treated us extremely cute. The treatments are over, and thanks to the Nyíregyháza Animal Hospital, Dió is great, except for the scar on her belly, as if it hadn't happened. I’m glad we chose this hospital despite the negative reviews because these amazing people saved my puppy. True, it wasn’t too cheap, but their professionalism and kindness is totally worth the money.

All the cases we sent from abroad were taken care of, diagnosed and treated correctly. I strongly recommend any animal lover with pet health issues in the region to go there. Of course, anybody who wants the best for their pet.
