★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dominós kártyát szerettünk volna átírni a nevemre (számhordozás miatt). Néhány perc alatt át is írta az ügyfélszolgálatos (adategyeztetés címszóval). A számhordozás első körben meghiúsult mert az ügyfélszolgálatos által beírt adatokat a rendszer átírta egy másik címre. ? Mivel papírt nem kaptam az átírásról és a sikeres adatmódosításról tájékoztató üzenetben sem szerepeltek pontos adatok így nem tudtam, hogy elrontotta a rendszer a címet, boldogan hazamentünk, hogy milyen gyorsan ment minden. Majd a számhordozás napján kaptam az SMS-t az új szolgáltatótól, hogy adateltérés miatt meghiúsult a számhordozás. Emiatt kezdhettem előlről a számhordozást.
We wanted to rewrite a domino card in my name (because of number portability). It was also rewritten in a few minutes by the customer service (data reconciliation with the keyword). Number porting failed in the first round because the data entered by the customer service was rewritten to another address. ? Since I did not receive paper about the transcript and the successful data modification message did not include exact data so I did not know that the system had corrupted the address, we happily went home to see how quickly everything went. Then on the day of number portability, I received an SMS from the new service provider that the number portability failed due to a data discrepancy. That's why I was able to start number porting from scratch.
