★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Műszaki vizsga alkalmával barátságtalan, lekezelő bánásmódot tapasztaltam mind a szerelők, mond az ügyfélszolgálat részéről. A kifogástalan állapotú (egyébként sikeres vizsgát tett) autót kéretlenül előzetesen átvizsgálták, és ezért 5700 ft-ot ki is számláztak annak ellenére, hogy erről előzetesen nem tájékoztattak, és azok után, hogy kifejezetten !csak! műszaki vizsgát kértem, semmi mást!
A vizsgáztató szerelő két alkalommal ment ki dohányozni a vizsga folyamán, a folyamat kb. másfél órát vett igénybe, de amikor érdeklődtem, hogy történik-e még valami, vagy fizethetek, a titkárnő barátságtalanul utasított várakozásra.
A nagy ráérősség közepette azonban mégsem volt idejük egy gyors olajcserére (5-10 perc lett volna), és más időpontot sem ajánlottak fel.
Mindezekből arra következtettem, hogy egyáltalán nincs szükségük ügyfelekre, így közöltem velük, hogy bár először jártam náluk, egyben utoljára is.
Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a céget!
During the technical exam, I experienced unfriendly, condescending treatment from all the mechanics, says the customer service. The car in perfect condition (otherwise passed the test) was unsolicitedly pre-inspected and therefore 5700 ft was invoiced even though it had not been notified in advance and after being specifically! Only! I asked for a technical exam, nothing else!
The examiner mechanic went out to smoke twice during the exam, the process took approx. it took an hour and a half, but when I asked if something else was happening or I could pay, the secretary unfriendly instructed me to wait.
However, in the midst of the high effort, they still didn’t have time for a quick oil change (it would have been 5-10 minutes), and no other time was offered.
From all this, I concluded that they had no need for clients at all, so I informed them that although I had visited them for the first time, it was also the last.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!
