Korábbi, 4 éve történt vásárlásomkori anyagot szerettem volna vásárolni ismét, amit sajnos ők már nem forgalmaztak, ennek ellenére mindvégig lelkiismeretesen segítettek, és végül Nekik köszönhetően a problémám megoldódott. Nagyon köszönöm itt is az igazán korrekt, ügyfélcentrikus hozzállást, annak ellenmére is, hogy most sajnos az üzlet nem jött össze. A jövőben is biztosan ők lesznek az elsők, akiket bútoranyag ügyben keresek. Márk Very flexible, kind, helpful, professionally prepared team. I wanted to buy the previous material from the time I bought it 4 years ago, which unfortunately they no longer marketed, nevertheless they helped me conscientiously all the time, and in the end, thanks to them, the problem was solved. Thank you so much for the really fair, customer-centric attitude here, even though the business unfortunately didn't come together now. Ahelyett, hogy fintorokkal teli kifogásokat kerestek volna, a két eladó Hölgy segítőkész és nagyon udvarias volt. Ugyanez mondható el az árukiadó két Kollégára is. Szépen kitekerték a már záráshoz összepakolt kábeleket és szó nélkül vágták el a vásárol lapokat. A ráadásként segítettek a kocsiba való bepakoláshoz is. Nagyon jó példája a valóban ügyfél/vevőbarát PROFI csapatnak! Köszönöm! :) I fell in 5 minutes before closing. Plus, I asked for the sheets I bought to be cut to size. Instead of looking for excuses full of grimaces, the two selling Ladies were helpful and very polite. The same can be said for the two Colleagues of the publisher. They neatly unwrapped the cables already packed for closing and cut the purchase sheets without a word. In addition, they also helped to pack in the car. A very good example of a truly customer / customer friendly PROFI team! Thanks! :)
