In a month and a half, they failed to install a new, working keyboard to replace the ruined one. The money was returned.

I have been coming here for years and I have a very good opinion of this shop. There are always knowledgeable and kind sellers inside who can help with almost anything. They also have a web store where you can order a lot of things and then pick them up at the store (with free shipping, of course). There have been several times that I was looking for a specific part (e.g. Kingston A400 SSD) and they said there isn’t and won’t be, even though it’s a very popular piece. They said they don’t keep it because too much of it gets worse. Here’s the other one a little more expensive, in return it takes years longer. The funny thing is, they got it right. I bought both parts and the cheaper one really gave up, the other one is still going. (I could have ordered the cheaper part on their site if I wanted to, but it wasn’t suggested) - I think this honesty is priceless especially in today’s world of soulless multis. Their prices are very good, even compared to multis. That was the reason I first went to them. I've only been here since. They also undertake computer repairs and assembly. There were things they couldn’t fix (so they didn’t ask for money for it either), but for the most part they could help with my tools. I have already returned a defective product under warranty and we were able to handle this without any problems. Overall, I think this is the best computer shop in Szeged that I can only recommend.
