★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pity that there's no minus rating options.. very rude and unhelpful staff that seems to be so bothered from their chatting when you come to pay at the cashdesk. Horrible experience, only wasted my time there. In completely empty shop they didn't want to assist the only customer,even though I just wanted to pay and go.

I bought an HP printer that states on the box easy set up with PC, scan copy etc. It was only when I tried to use it that I learnt it is not working with a MacBook Pro. I am working with HP printers on a regular basis, so it was a complete shock. I called the store and so far they are refusing to take it back.
It is BRAND NEW NEVER USED, only did the basic set up, yet I am gettign the run-around. So, I will be super happy to receive standard costumer care of handeling an exchange and change my rating to 5 stars.
I am a frequent costumer of Home Depot in the United States, where simple returns such as this are standard procedures. I find it very unethical that consumers in Hungary would not be offered the same service, so how are we to trust the Brand name store in Hungary, if you yourself don't follow basic business practices.
