Almost no English speaking staff to actually understand what you need.
Service that is so abysmal it would have been ludicrously funny if it didn't come with excruciatingly long wait times.
Disrespectful staff. Terrible online service. Almost never respond to emails.
To whoever finds themselves in need of their services, I wish you all the best. You will be dealing with the very worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well for now, it still hard to book the appointment. But surprisingly, their english knowledge is way higher than before. And the attitude is also way better. Few years before it was like a hell, but for now it is as normal immigration office.
They SHOULD create the extra immigration in Debrecen as soon as possible, no doubt, but other things are fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to leave a bad review but honestly the worst service ever. With the number of international students that they would have more staff that can speak English as well as Hungarian. Unfortunately they do not. The service is extremely slow, with applications taking up to 2 months. There is no point in calling them as the person that answers will tell you that you can only email them (which takes 2 weeks for a reply). There is no effort to explain and they will hang up on you. Sadly this is the only office that is close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst time am having with this office, in almost 3 months from the day I submit the papers for a family purpose. They do not answer any of my emails. But I don't know where else to go. Unfortunately in this administration, they have unprofessionally employed, I don't know who keeps them working for these communities. If anyone can tell me where can I contact to help me with my case?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in hungary for a while and i hear a lot of foreigners having troubles in the immigration office but my experience today was totally surprisingly good since the gate and further inside the responsible man for my case was so helpful and understanding and made my day that I couldn’t hold myself giving these 5 stars for the improvement for the place and for the five star agents there ?
