A mai napon megfogadtam, hogy az Office Shoes üzleteiben soha többet nem vásárolok, Debrecenben a Fórumban ért negatív tapasztalatok miatt. Vettem Önöknél egy fehér cipőt(fotók mellékelve). Az eladók szinte észre se vettek, minket, ahogy bementünk, pedig szokásomhoz híven itt is hangosan köszöntem előre. A kiszolgálás kritikán aluli volt. De a legfőbb problémám nem is ez, igazából a cipő a kirakatban 4790 Ft-ért volt feltüntetve, a kasszában 4990 Ft-ot fizettem, és itthon vettem észre, hogy a cipő talpán 4490 Ft van. Távozás után visszamentem csak jelezni szerettem volna, hogy a kirakatban 4790 Ft van, de még felháborodtak rajta (ahelyett,hogy megköszönték volna, hogy szólok érte) és arra fogták, hogy a vevők cserélték össze, csak azt nem tudom, hogy a vevők rendezik az Office-nál a kirakatot ?!!!! T	Tivadar Habzsuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harmadjára rendelek tőlük online, mindháromszor kifizettem a termékeket miután megrendeltem, és 1-3 héten belül kaptam egy emailt (volt hogy nekem kellett utána járni), hogy sajnálják de a termék sérült vagy mérethibás ezért nem tudják kiszállítani... nagyon dühitō érzés és csalódás ez az oldal. Ha teheti, inkább ne rendeljem online I order a third of them online, I paid for the products three times after I ordered and I received an email within 1-3 weeks (it was that I had to follow up) that they are sorry but the product is damaged or defective so they can't ship ... very angry feeling and disappointment this page. Bevittem az üzletbe nyilván javítás volt az opció… 3 hét után mehettem érte.. kritikán aluli, ahogy megragasztották a cipőt! Visszautasítottam a javítást , mivel esztétikailag teljes mértékben kifogásolható volt! Az ügyfélszolgálat szerint visszaállították a cipő eredeti állapotát…. Közben e-mailezés, telt az idő , belefáradtam, hazavittem a javított cipőt, ami kb centisen körbe volt kenve más színű fehér ragasztóval… 4 óra után ismét felvált…. A második javításnál még csúnyábban volt megragasztva…. 7. Hónapnál jártunk , mely során összesen 3 hetet volt nálam a cipő. Ügyvédi felszólításra történt meg a kártérítés… A bolti eladók kedvesek voltak, minden alkalommal. Viszont soha többet nem fogok innen semmit vásárolni, sőt szerintem a közeli ismerőseim közül senki… They are not correct! I bought a shoe for 27580 HUF after the first two weeks.
