No air inside !! It is sad but also glorious that the girls who work there work all summer long, and when they suffer, they do not lose their endurance. Respect girls! ☝️?

The ladies for sale are not as kind as one would expect in a store of this quality. I felt a little disturbed. So there was no shopping and it was not a pleasant experience. UPDATE: I visited the store again a year later. The situation has improved, the purchase was not an outstanding experience, but it went normally.

I bought a shoe from them, presumably according to my foot size, on the spot with a minimal squeeze, but the lady for sale reassured me that it would still expand. Then unfortunately we do not know what to do with it here, it is possible to take minutes, there is no possibility of a refund, they will be notified of the decision within 3 days. the answer came. We filled out the minutes, of course there was a 7 day response time on the form and there was a possibility to request a refund. 4-5 days after the email came to my notice that the shoes were inspected, the same as other shoes of the same type, there is no manufacturing defect in it, my complaint that it is uncomfortable is not considered justified. Because a subjective feeling can be judged by a third party. At the store, they still nodded and suggested the conciliation board and wished them a nice day. A simple trial of a larger size or offering another type would have done it. I fully understand that hiding behind consumer protection laws can be said to have done the right thing, but I ask, is it worth a few thousand forints for a company with such an attitude who has to lose customers for its customers?
