F	Ferenc Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Első Kontaklencse illesztésre érkeztem, türelmetlen hozzáállást tapasztaltam, mert nem voltam elég ügyes kb 15perc alatt sikerült felhelyeznem, a kivételel voltak problémáim, többen voltak az üzletben, nem kaptam elég figyelmet, többször egyedül hagytak, hogy próbálgassam, aztan jött az optikus mikor elfogyott a türelme és kivette. Közeledett az üzlet zárása többen voltunk a kasszánál, kapkodtak, hogy sikerüljön nekik az üzletet zárni. Mondtam hogy szeretném meggondolni, azt mondták ok. Mikor visszamentem az üzletbe mondtam, hogy szeretnék belevágni. Közölték, hogy nem rendelnek nekem lencsét mert, hogy a próba nem volt sikeres, és a próba lencséket kidobták. 5000ft kuka. Senkinek sem javaslom, ezt az üzletet. Köszönöm Ofotért. I	István Molnár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szégyen, ami ebben az ,,üzletben" megy! Elmondtam, hogy úgy érzem, rosszabb lett a látásom. Belenéztem egy gépbe, (30 másodperces vizsgálat), közölték, hogy nem, ugyanolyan, mint eddig, ezek után a kezembe nyomtak többféle szemüveget, amelyekkel természetesen ugyanúgy nem láttam jól, ahogy a sajátommal sem. Kérdésemre, hogy de akkor miért romlott a szemem, miért nem nézünk egy ,,erősebb" lencsét, azt a választ kaptam, hogy el kell menni egy szemészhez látásvizsgálatra, és majd ott ők megmondják. Kérdem én, hogy akkor tőlem miért/mire kértek el 5000 Ft-ot látásvizsgálat címszó alatt? Undorító... Egy másik Ofotért üzletben korábban szemüvegtokot vettem ajándékba. Kérdeztem a kicsit sem flegma eladót, hogy nincs-e esetleg egy másik, mert ennek be van horpadva az egyik oldala. Kikapta a kezemből, majd erős gesztikulálás közepette még odavetette, hogy ,,nem kötelező megvenni, el lehet nyugodtan menni máshová". De hát így jár az, aki második esélyt ad. K	KR N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szeretnék pár jó szót szólni az ottani eladókért.. és nem, nem vagyok érdekelt, csak annyiban, hogy ma ott jartam, nem először, korábban a férjem rendelt ugyanitt, igen problémás szemére szemüveget, és már akkor eldöntöttem, hogy legközelebb én is itt fogok caináltatni. Ma sem csalódtam, pedig másik hölgy foglalkozott velem, és nem horror árban vásároltam..ķöszönöm a kedvességét és a türelmét! Én ajánlanám, igaz, csak ezt az ofotért üzletet. Nagy választék. G	Gabriella Kurtyán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kb 10 éve vagyunk az ofotértnál és eddig semmilyen kellemetlenséget nem tapasztaltunk egészen a mai napig.. Ugyanis az ott dolgozók ma arról tettek tanúbizonyságot ,hogy egyáltalán nem segítőkészek és rugalmasak a vevőkkel szemben. Egyik napról a másikra azt tapasztaltam, hogy a bal szememet irritálja a kontaktlencse, de amikor ezzel a panasszal fordultam az ofotérthez tovább küldtek a szemészetre. Ezzel nem is lett volna semmi baj ,de miután kaptam egy szemcseppet ami helyre is hozta még azok után sem akartak megvizsgálni a kontaktlencsémet..hiába írta rá a szakorvos az ambuláns lapra.. többször elküldtek, visszahívtak és újra meg újra közölték velem ,hogy nem tudják mi a probléma és nem vizsgálnak meg. Mind ezzel nem lett volna probléma , ha ezeket az információkat nem olyan hangnemben közlik ahogy közölték. Illetve idejükből is persze kitelt volna ,hogy megvizsgáljanak.. Mondanom sem kell ,hogy többé nem fogom őket felkeresni és másnak sem ajánlom..(Kálvin téri Ofotért) We have been at the office for about 10 years and so far we have not experienced any discomfort to this day. Overnight I found that my left eye was irritated by contact lenses, but when I turned to the offot with this complaint I was sent on for ophthalmology. There wouldn't have been anything wrong with that, but after I got an eye drop that fixed it, they didn't even want to examine my contact lenses ... even though the specialist wrote it on the outpatient sheet .. they know what the problem is and they don’t investigate. All this would not have been a problem if this information had not been communicated in the tone in which it was communicated. Or, of course, they would have taken the time to examine them. Needless to say, I will not visit them anymore and I will not recommend them to anyone else. (For Kálvin tér Ofotért)
