D	Dániel Tötös on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Figyelmes , gyors segitség ,azonban tavaly a sugárban szakképzettebb látás vizsgálat volt tapasztalható, a lencsék tájékoztatása a sugárban pvrofi a kinálat széles , itt az üllöi úton kevés a választék ,csendes nem tul tájékozott kezdő fiatal hölgy az eladó , legalabb kiképezhettétek volna a lencsék anyagarol a felület kezelésekről stb ... Legközelebb inkább utazok 1orával többet a sugárba !!! Kérdezték, hogy van-e időpontunk. Mondtuk, hogy nincs. Erre ők, hogy akkor csak időpontot tudnak adni. Erre elköszöntünk tőlük és átmentünk a közeli másik optikushoz, ahol azonnal és készségesen kiszolgáltak. Köszönjük Ofotért. S	Szilágyi István on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon rossz minőségben dolgoztak. A szemüveg fél év után a csavarnal letört. A csavar megette a keretet. Jótállásban nem cserélték mert a szár rendellenes állásban volt. Biztosításra cserélték. Amikor beállítottak ugyanabba a hajlított állapotba került mint a régi. Hiába mondtam na akkor most jótállás? Eddig kb 20 év csak vision volt, soha többet Ofotert!! They worked in very poor quality. After half a year, the glasses broke off with the screw. The screw ate the frame. It was not replaced under warranty because the stem was in an abnormal position. It was exchanged for insurance. When set, it is in the same bent state as the old one. In vain did I say then warranty? So far, about 20 years was just a vision, never more Ofotert !!
