★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos 1 csillag, az eladó hölgy (Zsuzsanna) az egyetlen, mégis legnegatívabb pontja az üzletnek. A több, mint 10 éves bizalmam ingott meg tőle az Ofotért üzletlánccal kapcsolatban.
Az akciókról nem kaptunk elegendő tájékoztatást, az emberekkel úgy bánt, mint a pokróccal, vagy mint egy pénzeszsákkal, két ajánlat között vaciláltam, az olcsóbbat választottam, így csak 12 ezer forinttal sikerül megrövidítenie (az online optimális ajánlathoz képest), ha a másik szemüveget választom minden akció figyelmen kívül hagyásával 20 ezer forinttal került volna többe a vásárlás, mint ahogyan az online kalkulátor számolta. Oh, és kérdezés nélkül felszámolta a garanciát, amire igazán nem lett volna szükségem.

Unfortunately 1 star, the lady for sale (Zsuzsanna) is the only, yet the most negative point of the business. My more than 10 years of confidence in the Ofotér chain were shaken by him.
We didn't get enough information about the promotions, I treated people like a blanket or like a purse, I vacated between two offers, I chose the cheaper one, so I can only shorten it by 12 thousand forints (compared to the optimal offer online) if I choose the other glasses Ignoring all promotions, the purchase would have cost HUF 20,000 more than the online calculator calculated. Oh, and without asking, he voided the warranty, which I really wouldn’t have needed.
THIS BUSINESS IS NEVER AGAIN !!!!
