I bought glasses / contact lenses from them for approx. 25-30 years. I’ve been carrying all three of my glasses kids there for many years. Is it really such a problem to fix a frame? I thought about looking for another place ?

The optician's response to this (a case comes with a case for certain types, oh now I see this too) brought out a beautiful case with a wipe that it even comes with the glasses. Other ...., my two new glasses were set up for me by the lady at the checkout, I couldn't even sit down where customers are greeted in calm conditions, you can deal with it. It kept putting pressure on me to be waiting for others, all loudly so that others could hear me telling me out loud to urge me, putting me in an awkward position in front of others. I warmed up my glasses once at the beginning before adjusting. and about 10 minutes after that he was already folding cold, which I ate as a word, to which his response was to warm him up at the beginning. In vain did I express my concern about the expensive glasses I had already paid for myself. Well, it’s okay to fold a new expensive pair of glasses in the cold, because he doesn’t have time to reheat it. In summary. In the old days while they were in the other place I had never experienced this, they were always kind, helpful ready, told me everything, helped me in everything. Unfortunately, this was no longer the case, there was a constant urge, I had to ask for everything, how much, put the given things on the lens, what he put on it, there is a discount on it and I could list it. I was not satisfied! Absolutely not! One excuse for the lady is that she was really alone both times. This, in turn, is the fault of the business, as it really puts pressure on the optical lady as well, but I left it with a bad taste, so bad that I even had to describe it. :(

I live abroad, I made new glasses with them last year because of deterioration. The doctor or poorly examined we can no longer do so in retrospect, I received the glasses were skewed in the frame, they were repaired, so that I stood in line for about 1 hour because of this. KB 2 months later it started to show again that I still can't see the license plates of the cars properly. I left more than 120 HUF there. I also always bought my contact lenses here. There is no possibility for foreign delivery. This is fundamentally a disadvantage for me. I had had enough and went here to Optiker abroad. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 13, and I’ve been tested here with machines I’ve never used at home. It is very likely that it was measured poorly because it is not possible for more than a whole diopter to worsen the eye in such a short time. I would not recommend it to anyone. The doctor is impatient and there is quite a bit of chaos in the business. The staff is nice, so the other star. But for me, it was an unnecessary waste of money now, I think there is no guarantee of that.
