Ételeinket , kiváló minőségű Hazai, Olasz és Francia alapanyagokból készítjük. Külföldi alapanyagot csak akkor használunk, ha nincs minőségben azonos Magyar termék. Amennyiben lehetőségünk van rá lokális termelőket vagy kisvállalkozásokat részesítünk előnyben. Ezek például a Mózes féle házi tészták , az Eri szóda,a Cipó pékség és a Bakery pékség.
