Since 2015 I have been using the contact lenses I have bought from this shop for my dear old lady. I've never had any complaints until now. Now, however, there is a little bit of a bump to try to sell other types of lenses that I have ordered. It wasn't a problem, so I managed to get another company cheaper. However, I am sorry that no one has ever listened to this issue yet. After all, I do not recommend this business to anyone because those who are there now do not understand it, and also deceive customers !!! They make a mistake at the order and only know me first.

Last week, another 6,000, - HUF eye exam was 15,990, - HUF. True, I did not ask again, but they did not call my attention to the 166.5% price increase. I paid the "tuition money"!

I was trying to make an appointment at another optical specialty store. In the pouring rain, in misted glasses, I opened this shop by mistake ... It soon became clear that I was not in the right place and I apologized for my mistake. I quickly wanted to see on my phone where they were waiting for me. However, the older seller "lady" did not give permission to do so, sent out of the store. Saying I’m not there for shopping, so I could go out in the pouring rain! I have never experienced such unqualified behavior !!! This is an attitude from humanity 1, but from an "merchant" - 10. After that, I arrived anxiously at the shop 20 meters away where they were waiting for me. It was later revealed that the customer who was already there was turning out of Old KULA because of similar rudeness. I do not recommend them to anyone! If I can only spare 1 person from the inhuman and dismissive behavior I experienced there, then the review was worth it. (Unfortunately 0 star rating is not available.)

I went for the glasses for him and my opinion changed. I'm glad I appreciated the glasses, but in the end the quality is important. I am confident I will keep in mind the price and I will appreciate it better. So cute little lady many of these people should trade and other fields.
