I needed to go to Vienna once and the lady at the counter talked me into buying 3 county tickets for 15000Ft vs a weekly pass for about 3000Ft. I talked her i just get dripped at the airport and return right away. I didn't argue further since i was in a hurry. In spite of my complaints, they denied to give me the refund (difference between the two prices). Another time I needed to pick up a package and it was midnight and they said they closed. It supposed to be a 24-7 gas station...so I am very disappointed with the service there...such a shame, people make me prefer other gas stations over this.
