★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiricsi (vezető ingatlanszagértő) László nem adott megfelelő tájékoztatást a hirdetett ingatlanról írásban. Nem küldött bizonyító erejű, méretezett és dátum-bélyegzett tervrajzmásolatot sem a 2007-es építésűnek tartott házról. Indoklás nélkül telefonszámot követelt.
Mint valamiféle megkerülhetetlen helyi hatalmasság, nagyképűen és lekezelően - végig rosszindulatúan -, épp hogy csak foghegyről válaszolgatott.
Nem ajánlom senkinek ezt a betartó, gonoszkodó ügynököt, aki olyan merev, hogy egy 40 milliós üzlet érdekében sem képes lehajolni.
Annak ellenére, hogy Kiricsi (vezető ingatlanszagértő) László igen magas jutalékra tart számot az eladási árból, jelentős bürokratikus gátat képez az az eladó és a vevő között. A pénz hozó, ám tudatos ügyféllel szemben pedig ellenségesen viselkedik, kifejezetten tiszteletlen és fellengzős.
László Kiricsi (leading real estate expert) did not provide adequate information about the advertised property in writing. Nor did he send a probative, scaled, and date-stamped copy of the blueprint for the house considered to be built in 2007. He demanded a phone number without giving a reason.
As some kind of unavoidable local power, arrogantly and disparagingly — maliciously throughout — just responding from a toothpick.
I wouldn’t recommend this respectful, evil agent to anyone who is so rigid that he can’t bend down for the sake of a 40 million business.
Despite the fact that László Kiricsi (a leading real estate expert) has a very high commission on the sale price, it is a significant bureaucratic barrier between the seller and the buyer. And he is hostile to a money-bringing but conscious customer, distinctly disrespectful and uplifting.
