Egy törött Retro szemüveggel mentem be, (és leltárból kellett kivenniük ugyan,) de hamar találtak egy ugyanolyan keretet. Féltem, hogy majd órákig szemüveg nélkül kell lennem a lencsecsere miatt, de 10-15 perc alatt kicserélték a lencsét és beállították a szemüveg szárát is. A továbbiakban biztosan hozzájuk fogok járni. 13 éve vagyok szemüveges és még nem volt ilyen pozitív tapasztalatom egyetlen optikával sem. Köszönjük a munkátokat! :) They are very good and kind people here. I went in with a broken Retro glasses (and had to take it out of the inventory), but they soon found the same frame. I was afraid I would have to be without glasses for hours because of the lens replacement, but it took 10-15 minutes to change the lens and adjust the stem of the glasses. I will surely come to them in the future. I've been wearing glasses for 13 years and haven't had such a positive experience with any optics. Thank you for your work! :)
G	Gergely Kondás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korábban a KÖKI-ben lévő üzletükbe jártam, de nem éreztem a kezdeti lelkesedést a részükről így pár évig hanyagoltam a szemészeti látogatásokat. Sajnos ennek meg is lett az eredménye. A google maps keresőjében igyekeztem új optikára lelni. Sem a Vision Express, sem pedig az Ofotért találatai nem voltak valami fényesek. Az Optic World-nél pedig ez az üzlet volt az egyetlen, amely kiugróan jó véleményeket kapott (25-en adtak 5 csillagot - 2020 január). Online kértem hozzájuk időpontot szemvizsgálatra. Kicsit korábban érkeztem, de azonnal fogadtak. Közel 1 óráig tartott a vizsgálat, ami még engem is meglepett. Végül rendeltem egy szemüveget, ami még azon a héten el is készült. Kaptam próbalencséket is, amelyekkel többször visszarendeltek, hogy ellenőrizhessék a szememet. Alaposak és kedvesek. Maradjanak is mindig ilyenek. I used to go to their shop in KÖKI, but I didn't feel the initial enthusiasm for them, so I neglected my ophthalmic visits for a few years. Unfortunately, this was the result. I was trying to find new optics in the google maps search engine. Neither the results of the Vision Express nor those of Ofot were very bright. And at Optic World, this business was the only one to receive extremely good reviews (25 out of 5 stars - January 2020). I requested an online appointment for an eye examination. I arrived a little earlier, but I was immediately received. The test took about 1 hour, which even surprised me. Finally, I ordered a pair of eyeglasses that was finished that week. I also got test lenses that I re-ordered several times to check my eyes. Thorough and kind. They always stay like that.

They were very kind and helpful in both the charcoal examination and the frame selection. In addition, they have fair prices, overall I was maximally satisfied.

Soha többet nem megyek ebbe az üzletbe ! De nem is ajánlom senkinek! I wanted to make contact lenses, but unfortunately I didn’t know because the lady said h I have to make them to bring glasses without giving. Thank you very much ! I will never go to this business again! But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
