Előzmények :telefonon kértem információt arról, hogy van e lehetőség saját keretbe csak lencsét vásárolni, amire az volt a válasz persze nyugodtan jöjjön és megoldjuk....a kapott időpontra mentem is a keretemmel., szemvizsgálat után közölte a kedves hölgy, hogy ez a keret mégsem jó, vagy veszek náluk 70 ezerért vagy pedig kifizetem a szemvizsgálatot amiért 4500 Ft-ot kért, amivel nem is lenne gond, hiszen nem vásároltam, mert rosszul lettem tájékoztatva vagy félre lettem vezetve...,ennyi pénzért gondoltam hátha legalább megkapom a vizsgálat eredményét, de azért plussz 5500 ft-t kért a kedves hölgy...?? Inkább jobbnak láttam ha időben távozom szemüveg nélkül - 4500ft-al.
