I cannot comment on the internal operation of private practice on the basis of personal experience, but - living in a community space with the enterprise - all the more so from the outside. The residents of the staircase have to face the carelessness and negligence of the people working here on a daily basis, their patients regularly (even during the peak of the COVID19 epidemic) waiting in the stairwell, during the mandatory mask use, wearing their mask only in front of the clinic door health) and tranquility (continuous lift use and stairwell consultations are much more common than average for patient traffic reasons). Although their opening hours officially start at ten, it is common for the first patients to arrive at eight and a half to nine, disturbing the residents' morning rest. All in all, it would not be such a big problem if any measures were taken for the benefit of the residents as well (separate cleaning, prior patient information on the standards expected in the community space), but this has not been the case so far. I will not question the medical expertise of those who work here for a minute, much less the credibility of their positive attitude towards others.
