Az Edesanyam gondozoja kivaltott 2 gyogy-kremet a patikaban. Sajnos a haziorvosi irodabol a rossz receptet kuldtek a felhobe. Hibak elofordulnak, az ott dolgozoknak is rengeteg dolguk van es elofordul tevedes. Az anyukam miutan az orvossal egyeztetett szerette volna kicsereltetni a kremet a megfelelore. A patika ( ORANGYAL PATIKA -Pápa, Szentilonay utca) egyszeruen elutasitotta a kerelmet. Semmifele megertest nem tanusitottak. Megjegyzem nem kertunk penzt vissza csak cserelni szerettunk volna a kremet a megfelelore. Kenytelenek voltunk kozel 5000 ft kifizetni masodszor is. Hany nyugdijas engedheti ezt meg maganak?
