★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Májusban vásarolt szemüveget nem voltak hajlandóak javítani. Lencsével semmi baj de a keret semmire való. A zsanérnál a mindenapos hasznalattól eltört és azt mondták elkell vinnem egy masik boltba javítani. Ennyit a garanciaról. Nem túl pozitív hozzáállás. Nem sűrűn fogunk ott szemüveget készítettni. Inkább valami minőségibb helyre megyünk, amit ők is javasoltak javató helynek.
They refused to repair the glasses they bought in May. There is nothing wrong with the lens but the frame is for nothing. The hinge broke from everyday use and was told I had to take it to another store for repair. So much for the warranty. Not very positive attitude. We won’t make glasses there often. We’d rather go to something of a higher quality, which they also suggested as a place to improve.
