Telefonon sokszori hívás után lehet őket elérni, viszont ilyenkor is csak üres ígéretek hangzanak el, hogy majd megkeres a szervizes munkatárs. Nagysokára, ha méltóztat kijönni valaki, munkalap nélkül távozik és egy újabb üres igeretet hagy maga után , hogy megrendeli az alkatrészt és majd tájékoztat, hogy mikor jön megcsinálni a készüléket. A telefonszámot amiről keresett, nyilván, már nem éred el, mert nem veszi fel és nem hív vissza. Ezután megkeresi az ember a helyet, ahonnan vásárolta a készüléket, ilyenkor egy kicsit gyorsabban válaszolnak az emailre, de megint nem történik más, csak üres ígéretek hangzanak el, feltételes módban írnak és más semmi. Vár az ember 1,5 hónapot egy Candy szárítógép garanciális motor cseréjére és nem történik SEMMI, főleg nem tájékoztatás. Nyilván nem ajánlom senkinek és a Média Markt-tól se vagyen senki se Candy típusú szárítógépet, hiszen ezzel a tróger társasággal vannak kapcsolatban. They can be reached after many calls over the phone, but even then there are only empty promises that the service representative will contact you. For the most part, if someone deserves to come out, he leaves without a worksheet and leaves another empty promise to order the part and then inform him when he’s coming to do the device. You obviously won't be able to reach the phone number you're looking for anymore because you won't pick it up or call it back. He then searches for the place where he bought the device, in which case they respond to the email a little faster, but again, nothing but empty promises are made, they write in conditional mode and nothing else. One waits 1.5 months for a Candy Dryer warranty engine replacement and NOTHING happens, especially no information. Obviously I don’t recommend anyone or anyone from Media Markt to a Candy type dryer as they are affiliated with this bum company.

Az ott lévő kolléga közölte, szerinte nem cserélik. Többször elmondtam neki a problémát, de nem igazán érdekelte. Egy igazi gyökér volt. Lényeg, innen soha többet semmit!!! Frissítés: Írt a vevőszolgálati vezető, hogy menjek be és cserélik a terméket! Ez a normális hozzáállás, talán a telefonos kolléga is elgondolkodik...így jár a 4 csillag The ordered coffee pourer at home was broken from the packaging. I signaled customer service by phone.
