DISAPPOINTING restaurant in a beautiful, lovely environment. We got seated quickly, received the menu, selected and when they came to take our order it turned out they are out of chicken and pork meat, they have no loaf for the garlic soup, they have no alcohol free beer. Zero vegan option. The male bathroom is half not funtional. The location is excellent and recommend for hikers or families with kids. Prices are a little bit above average Hungarian prices. A main meal is around 8-11€

Meal is great, including the desserts, especially the "Ördögmalom" pancake. The restroom needs an upgrade.

Excellent food, in a glamorous environment. You can order raw salmon kitchen-ready to take home. We could make a salmon dinner for two for 900 Ft! One drawback is that this place is cash only.

Great restaurant, delicious dishes, can pay with credit card also. We caught our own trouts which then the restaurant prepared. The best trout I ever ate. Fantastic experience for the kids and the whole family, highly recommended.

After a good long hiking trip this should be a must have stop to refill your energy. High quality and perfect taste..

The place is really cute. The surrounding forest is gorgeous. The food was really really tasty. Came very quickly even though the restaurant was packed. THEY OFFER GLUTEN FREE AND LACTOSE FREE TROUT! It was absolutely Delicious! Laci pincer ( Laci the waiter so kind and friendly even though as I said there were way too many people) so definitely 5 ?！

One of the best Salomon what I had in my life, the place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, the funny thing is you don't have signal so no internet no calls :) but the food and the nature makes up for that!Next to the restaurant is a playground for the kids:) So it's really a family friendly place! One small problem you can't pay with bankcard because of the poor signal!

We visited this place on our hike from Piliszentlászló. It was right there so it made sense to sit down, eat and rest for a bit before we headed back. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with a hunting lodge theme going on. There's a huge amount of staff so you'll be taken care of right away (We got there quarter past 3PM so not the busiest hours). There's seating both in and outside, we chose to sit outside because of the nice weather. The place is dog friendly and they'll bring your dog a bowl of water right away which speaks for the service by its own. So yeah the service is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We didn't eat a full meal because we still had a long trek back where we came from. I had the Wild Boar Goulash which tasted excellent. The only gripe I had was that it could have been a larger portion and had more solids. It was still a good soup but I believe a great Goulash is when you can stick your spoon in the middle and it will stand on its own. This was very far from that. My Girlfriend had a vegetable soup with liver dumplings, which wasn't up to par. The vegetables were overcooked and the soup was tasteless. The dumplings were too peppery. We shared a plate (3 pieces) of Cottage Cheese Balls (Túrógombóc) which was exceptional! It wasn't too sweet and was nice and light with orange shavings. The cream it was served with was also very tasty. This elevated the overall food experience significantly. We had szörp (soda with syrup) strawberry and sour cherry with our meal which was also very good. One other great thing was that we got our dishes super fast, something that I value very much. Overall we had a great experience and probably should have tried the Trout that the place focuses on. Maybe next time when we are in the area.
