★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is usually crowded and also a bit cramped then too, but it only shows that their cuisine is exceptionally good. The staff is overworked but kind, the prices are friendly. It would be a HUGE improvement for Öreg Sam if they could find a much bigger place. Nevertheless, I will be a regular here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Sam, restaurant is small enough and in a quiet area, but the food is unbeatable, I highly recommend taking the time to visit this place on your stay. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, menu in english. Very reasonably priced. Going back again tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service speak German and English, they try to be nice, however they do not take out empty glasses and do not offer you new drink. The daily cream soup (brocolli) was underaverage and it contained so much croutouns. The turkey in almond and cinnamon was overdry, the sauce missed and put tomato into plumbs is 90s style of cooking. We was also disappointed when we found rice on the bill even in the menu it was included in price. The very good was goulash soup, however it is not enough fór us to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Hungarian restaurant with a nice choice of national dishes.
We were here for lunch. The food was well prepared and tasty.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The interior is not that cosy, but the bulkheads between the tables give you some privacy.
They also have good outside seating.
This place is also good for drinking a good beer.
For sure recommended.
