Personally, I did not have the opportunity to contact the travel agent, but they were very helpful and direct with me over the phone! We had a great holiday with them! Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csalódtam bennük! Édesanyám náluk vásárolt repülőjegyet. Tegnap utazott volna vissza Magyarországra,de a járata törölve lett és erről az utazási iroda elfelejtett informálni minket! A légitársaság őket értesítette! Így mi feleslegesen pocsékoltuk az időnket,pénzünket a reptérre való utazásra! És köszönjük szépen a többletköltségeket,amibe ez nekünk kerül!
I was disappointed in them! My mother bought them a plane ticket. He would have traveled back to Hungary yesterday, but his flight was canceled and the travel agency forgot to inform us! The airline has informed them! So we wasted our time and money traveling to the airport! And thank you very much for the extra cost it costs us!
